Rob Lawcock's Solo Tour of Wales 2004
 
Rob's route took him
through the Peaks and
Cheshire to the North
Wales market towns
of Ruthin and Corwen.
Then it was South
to Bala and over the
formidable Bwylch y Groes
(Pass of the Cross) before
heading South West to St
Davids.

The tour took him eastward
through Pembrokeshire and
the Gower beore returning
into England over the Severn.

Rob headed for Leicester
and Rutland before striking
North through Notts and
Lincolnshire for home.
